Hello there, or as we say in Yorkshire, 'ey-up'! I'm Mike Bedford, an award-winning Coach, Founder and CEO of Bee Brilliant People™️.

With over 25 years in leadership, I'm passionate about fostering neuroinclusive workplaces where everyone belongs.  I am neurodivergent myself, so I bring lived experience to the table.

I want to ensure that neurodivergent people are empowered to bring their full, authentic selves to work—without masking or fear of stigma—and to help organisations see the immense benefits of doing so.
