Our  prices vary from client to client, depending on the clients needs and the service required.  Please contact us to discuss your needs.


Postponement and Cancellation


As a small business, postponement and cancellation of services is very disruptive for us.


Much of the work takes place outside of visible delivery days, and once dates are booked other work is turned away, hence why cancellation and postponement charges are applied as follows:


Postponement charges


  • More than 14 days before delivery date 25% of fee charged Remainder on delivery 7-14 days before delivery date: 25% of fee charged remainder charged on delivery plus 10% additional charge.
  • Less than 7 days before delivery date: 25% of fee due remainder charged on delivery plus 25% additional charge.


Cancellation charges are as follows


  • More than 14 days before the session 25% of fee due
  • 7-14 days before the session 70% of fee due
  • Less than 7 days before the session 100% of fee due


If rearrangement is required Bee-Brilliant People Development Ltd will make every effort to accommodate a new date, however cannot guarantee availability for rearrangement.


It is a condition of our Ts & Cs of engagement that the client should reimburse any additional T&S costs incurred due to face-to-face activity. These costs will be invoiced directly to the client as a separate cost within 14 days and paid within 14 days of receipt of invoice. 


Our preferred method is payment upfront before any services are provided.  Once a price is agreed upon, and the contract signed, we ask for a Purchase Order (PO) number to be provided and an invoice will be generated with full payment instructions.  


Coaching is an interactive experience where we discover your goals and your passions and use them to help you travel down a path to the life you want.


100%! What happens in our sessions stays in our sessions.


The time that your coaching process will take depends on the complexity of your goals and your commitment and openness to your process. 


We don’t believe people are broken or need fixing. 


We believe all our clients are brilliant and have the tools and capabilities within them to achieve their true potential.  We are all unique and our coaching style is unique too.  


Whilst always being driven by our client’s needs we approach the coaching and mentoring relationship in a Humanistic way with unconditional positive regard for our clients.  


We make space for our clients to be their authentic selves as we believe we can get the best results when we allow ourselves to be free from the shackles of masking who we truly are. 


We take our professional and ethical practice seriously. We invest in our continuing professional development so we can provide the best possible service for our clients.  


Current study includes completing the ILM Level 7 Executive Coaching & Mentoring Diploma.


We hold multiple professional people development and HR qualifications and are a member of the following professional bodies including:


  • Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development (CIPD) 
  • European Mentoring & Coaching Council (EMCC) 
  • Institute of Leadership & Management (ILM)
  • City & Guilds (C&G)
  • Learning & Performance Institute (LPI) 


We are committed to offering a % of our time to pro-bono coaching work.  


Examples of pro-bono work we have supported include but is not limited to;


  • Building coaching and mentoring hours to support gaining professional qualification and accreditation.
  • Unemployment or redundancy.
  • Charities and youth development organisations - supporting young people who are neither in education, employment or training.  
  • One-off free coaching and mentoring service for those who need it most when they need it most.  


Pro-bono work is subject to capacity and resourcing and always at our discretion.

We may ask for a small contribution to support a charity of our choice - we will discuss and agree on this with you in advance. 


We believe and are committed to the highest levels of ethical coaching practice.  We are proud to be a member of the European Mentoring & Coaching Council (EMCC) and to abide by the Global Code of Ethics.


  • We are a completely remote business therefore our coaching philosophy is remote-first. This is so we can help our clients Bee-Brilliant regardless of global location.  

 

However, we are driven by the needs of our clients and therefore offer a variety of ways in which we are able to coach these include:


  • Remote first Coaching (Global) - we utilise the many benefits of technology to reach clients anywhere in the World. We believe the only barriers we have are those in our minds. 
  • Face-to-face Coaching (UK) - we are able to provide in-person* coaching in a mutually agreeable location. 
  • This can be indoors or outdoors.  We believe wholeheartedly in the power of nature and the outdoors to be a great stimulator of positive thinking, reflection, energy and ideas. 


*Additional fees will be incurred for travel costs at the client’s expense and agreed/paid upfront as part of the contracting process. 


  • Telephone Coaching  - we offer coaching over the telephone*, this might be suitable for a one-off in the moment coaching session or you might prefer a walk and talk coaching session.


*Telephone calls will be at the client’s expense. 


  • Blended Coaching - we will adapt a blend of all the above options to suit your needs.  We are first and foremost client- led and act in the best interests of our client’s needs.  


Learning & Development (L&D)

We are specialists in the field and qualified to CIPD Level 5 Diploma level in L&D.  We have the practical experience and success of leading and delivering L&D at a macro and micro level within organisations of all sizes.  We can help you transform and think about how you approach L&D, shifting the function from that of order taker to performance changer.  

We also offer bespoke coaching and mentoring for L&D professionals.  


Training 

We have extensive experience in the design, development and delivery of training solutions to meet your needs.  We can work with you to understand, identify and create bespoke training interventions to address your issues at the moment of need. 


Public Speaking
