    About Me and My Coaching Approach

    I’m a neurodivergent leadership coach. While I mostly work with people whose brains are "wired differently", I coach individuals of all neurotypes – because neurological diversity makes us such a brilliantly complex species, why would I exclude anyone?


    When you focus on strengths instead of diagnostic labels, the work actually lands. My approach works for anyone ready to show up fully, especially senior leaders, founders, and executives who are done with masking and people-pleasing and are ready to lead with authenticity, clarity, and impact.


    My coaching style? Strengths-based. Straight-talking. No fluff. No bullshit. Just a flexible, supportive space that adapts to what you need – whether that’s structured challenge or a bit of breathing room.


    I bring the lived experience, a solid track record in senior HR and L&D roles, and a coaching style that meets you exactly where you are – thriving, stuck, spiralling or starting fresh. No performance. No pretence. Just powerful shifts.
