I’m a neurodivergent leadership coach. While I mostly work with people whose brains are "wired differently", I coach individuals of all neurotypes – because neurological diversity makes us such a brilliantly complex species, why would I exclude anyone?
When you focus on strengths instead of diagnostic labels, the work actually lands. My approach works for anyone ready to show up fully, especially senior leaders, founders, and executives who are done with masking and people-pleasing and are ready to lead with authenticity, clarity, and impact.
My coaching style? Strengths-based. Straight-talking. No fluff. No bullshit. Just a flexible, supportive space that adapts to what you need – whether that’s structured challenge or a bit of breathing room.
I bring the lived experience, a solid track record in senior HR and L&D roles, and a coaching style that meets you exactly where you are – thriving, stuck, spiralling or starting fresh. No performance. No pretence. Just powerful shifts.
If you're looking for a coach who gets it and says it like it is, you're in the right place. I'm a Yorkshireman – is there any other way?
I offer a wide range of accessible and affordable payment options for coaching, including self-funded, employer-funded and Access to Work (AtW) support. If you're not sure what's right for you or your business, get in touch, and we’ll find a solution that works for you.

Well, you're not going to hit a "brick wall", that's for sure.
I work with a truly diverse range of clients – from senior leaders, founders and executives to creatives, educators, and people navigating burnout or major transitions.
Some clients are neurospicy, some aren't, some self-identify, and some are still just figuring it all out. What unites them is this: they’re done trying to fit a mould that doesn’t work, and they’re ready to build something for themselves that does.

"He meets me exactly where I am, and that makes all the difference."
Michelle Reid FCIPD – Director of Performance, Culture & Delivery, Institute of Occupational Medicine
Michelle was navigating both personal and professional growth. Through non-judgmental, reflective coaching, she uncovered key insights that shaped her development journey.

Christian Ehmen – Founder & ADHD Coach, ADHD Mind Thrive
Christian came to coaching with a strong client base, but lingering self-doubt. Together, we tackled limiting beliefs, deepened his self-awareness, and clarified the foundations of his business.
"Mike’s down-to-earth, real and direct approach helped me challenge limiting beliefs and acknowledge my strengths."
Dr. Lorna Pender – Managing Director, The Inclusion Gateway
Lorna wanted coaching that respected her neurodivergent lived experience. Our sessions prompted powerful reflection and supported her ability to advocate for herself in high-stakes professional spaces.
